Last Updated: July 5th, 2025

Your privacy is deeply important to us. We do not sell your personal data. The information we collect is used to provide, improve, and personalize our services to you. This may include enhancing your experience, developing new features, and sending relevant product updates or InnerFrame feature announcements.

We use limited data insights to improve our offerings and inform our outreach, but your data is always encrypted, securely stored, and handled with care to support your personalized experience.

We may use tools like Meta Pixel to help us reach users on third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram based on their activity on our website. Under some U.S. privacy laws, this may be considered a “sharing” of personal information. You may opt out of this by contacting us at hello@myinnerframe.com.

Frameways Inc. ("InnerFrame," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our personalized video experience ("InnerFrame"), available through our website and future mobile application ("app").

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we define.
Any content that we share which is not owned by InnerFrame is subject to the privacy policy of the respective content owner.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant supervisory authorities if required by applicable law. While no system is 100% secure, we regularly review and update our security practices to maintain data protections and regulatory compliance.

8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time, which we will honor subject to legal requirements and legitimate business needs. Inactive accounts may be removed in accordance with our internal data retention policies with prior notice to the applicable user. When personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Business Transfers
If InnerFrame is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website about any change in ownership or uses of your personal data, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal data. The buyer will be expected to honor this privacy policy or provide similar protections to those described in this policy.
